Ella: I love you

Me: what?

Ella: I love you!

Me: oooh, i love you too! *embraces*

Ella: I love here

Me: what??

Ella: here! *gestures around with hands*

Me: awww, me too baby! I love being here with you.

She doesn’t normally speak much english, so this melted my heart. ❤️

Sophia went to a friend’s house, so it was the perfect time to open her Koala box about bugs! We played bug memory, made a headband and wings, read the booklet that comes with and sewed the top of and decorated a little ladybug pouch for the kaleidoscope that came with the package! I really like these, we have one month left of the christmas presents..

We have this set of tiny board books that all have a christmas carol in it, one of them being “deck the halls”. Sophia got it when she was Ella’s age, and would do the same thing, finishing my singing. I’m so sad I never got it on video. This time around it’s even cuter, because Sophia sings the first part and Eleanor the second. I haven’t been able to catch that on video yet though.

This year she sings the whole first part and wants us to do the last “laaaa!”! XD

keowyn:

This little girl has been at home with chicken pox all week, but she’s doing pretty well and not getting bored or too restless. Hopefully she’ll be back in kindergarten on monday, I’m sure her friends miss her!

The photos I used on our christmas card. The girls both gave me a hard time and there is something wrong with my favorite lens, but yeah, it’ll do. 😂

Ughhh I still haven’t taken any christmas card photos this year! At least I am forcing my self to take photos with my dslr, so.. yeah hope I can get some good ones in time! >_>

So the signs were right, Ella woke up in the middle of the night and I found her on the toilet shaking. I brought her to our bed, and gave her some medicine. It took her a long time before she fell asleep, and she kept waking up and wanting me to face her or turn on her star light several times so I am pretty exhausted today. Luckily Kyle is home writing today, so I got an hour in bed alone. Now we are just sitting together watching Supermonsters, and I’m not sure what to do with her because I don’t want her to be even more exhausted. The kids never watch a lot of TV so since she’s sick I don’t mind too much, but eventually she’ll get bored I’m sure..
